The Golden Villa Motel is a 14 room one story property.  The hotel is American owned and operated, and the owners live on premises.  The hotel is located one block from the sparkling white sand beaches of Clearwater Beach and Pier 60.  The hotel is easily accessible and close to all the action!
 
The Golden Villa has a large heated swimming pool, daily maid service, guest laundry facilities, gas grill for barbecues, and two off street private courtyards. Come enjoy some peace and quiet.

Within walking distance are fine Restaurants, Shopping, Deep-sea Fishing, Boating, Jogging and Biking Trails, and Nighttime Entertainment. And the hotel is just a short drive to the mainland where you can find golf courses, tennis courts, dog and horse racing, dinner theaters, and more!

Clearwater Beach is less than a two hour drive from Orlando's world famous attractions, including Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World.  We have information and experience about all these attractions, as well as attractions closer to Clearwater Beach including Busch Gardens, Cypress Gardens, the Florida Aquarium, and the Tampa Zoo.

The Golden Villa has three types of rooms, Standard Motel Rooms, Efficiencies or Apartments. We can accommodate up to four people in a unit. Efficiencies and apartments are fully furnished with full size refrigerators, coffee makers, microwaves, stoves, dishes and utensils.  All units are equipped with a color TV and cable.  All you need to bring are your groceries. Directions: We are located on the South end of Clearwater Beach. When negotiating the traffic circle, exit at the Coronado Ave exit and get in the left lane. The Golden VIlla is located on the left approximately one block up Coronado.  For detailed directions, visit the Map and Directions page.
